This package is designed for those with health concerns or specific symptoms that may have developed over time and have been unresolved. Family history may have prompted you to look at preventative health or it may simply be because you’re not feeling the way you previously were.

This package will typically be online via a secure portal and will be spread across 12 weeks. Amendments to packages can be tailored on an individual basis and are dependent upon the level of contact required and the complexity of the case.

What’s included:

·         Introductory call to lay the foundation of our work together.

·         Initial consultation lasting 60 minutes including a detailed health, nutrition and lifestyle history, goal setting, personalised report, supplement programme where applicable, food template guide.

·         Lifestyle and exercise advice. Bespoke exercise programmes are available as an additional supplement for non-Odyssey members.

·         2 x 45 minute and 1 x 30 minute follow up sessions.

·         Test analysis where applicable (testing is at an additional cost). Test interpretation of recent results, within the last 12 months will be included.

·         Coaching on how to implement the changes outlined will be covered within all of the sessions, with written guidance to support this within your report.

Additional sessions can be purchased after the initial package and this will be discussed where required.

This package is designed for a wide range of clients from those performing competitively to the leisurely weekend warrior. We’re all trying to improve, and get the best out of our performance.

·         Suffer with digestive issues that impact your training and competing.

·         Starting out and want to get the best out of yourself.

Functional testing can supplement sports nutrition and performance, and whilst this isn’t required it is often recommended. A wide range of tests are available and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

This package includes:

·         Initial consultation lasting 60 minutes including a detailed health, nutrition and lifestyle history, goal setting, personalised report, supplement programme where applicable, food template guide.

·         2 x 30 minute follow up consultations.

·         Synergistic planning alongside training plan for upcoming events.

·         Additional on-going support for longer term planning around events is available for additional costs.

·         Hormone imbalances – Male hormones will change throughout life and their balance is integral to optimal health and performance. All manner of dietary and lifestyle aspects can affect these leading to symptoms such as low mood, loss of libido and increased weight.
