ABOUT IAN

Nutrition built on evidence, delivered with care.

I help people move beyond quick fixes and conflicting advice toward sustainable, personalised protocols that support metabolic health, hormonal balance, and digestive resilience.

PHILOSOPHY

Food is information. Nutrition is the message.

My practice is grounded in the belief that the body is a dynamic system, not a collection of isolated symptoms. Every choice we make around food, sleep, movement, and stress sends signals that shape energy, mood, immunity, and long-term health.

I work with clients to decode those signals. Through targeted pathology review, nutrient profiling, and lifestyle assessment, we identify the root patterns behind fatigue, hormonal disruption, digestive distress, and metabolic imbalance.

I do not prescribe rigid meal plans or chase trends. Instead, I design practical, evidence-based protocols that fit real life and evolve as your body changes.

How I work

Listen First

Your history, symptoms, and goals shape every recommendation. I take time to understand the full picture before suggesting change.

Test, don't guess

Where appropriate, I use functional testing and bloodwork to reveal underlying imbalances and track progress objectively.

Support the long term

Lasting change happens through small, consistent shifts. I provide ongoing guidance and adjustments as your health evolves.
