Perhaps you have the bones of a good diet in place but you need the accountability that this programme can give you to keep you on track? Nutrition Coaching focusses more on the behaviour change required for implementing new habits. This programme is a little more hands on with a greater amount of touch points throughout the weeks. We’ll meet every 2 weeks in order to ensure there is accountability and clear progress on your action points to ensure you’re moving towards your goals.
